Multiple Sclerosis - Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

‘‘Multiple Sclerosis is a debilitating illness characterized by chronic physical fatigue, mental fatigue, and a general inability to perform at a high level of expectation. 

I was diagnosed 8-years ago and over the years I have attempted to logically pursue all medical avenues that would stabilize and improve my condition. I was referred for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and although I did not notice an immediate improvement the improvements were measurable over time. Prior to commencing treatment I was sent for a range of blood tests for underlying 'opportunitistic infections considered to be part of the MS cycle. Blood tests confirmed several triggers and appropriate anti-viral medication was recommended. 

HBOT was combined with a multidisciplinary approach that included vitamin injections, various forms of physical therapy including acupuncture and Rehab Plus. I have more energy, I am mentally alert, I am certainly not as tired, and my general immune system and response have improved dramatically. Recent MRIs have shown a reduction in the number of brain related lesions.
