Pre Payment, Payment On Day and No Show Policy

Please note - all patients attending for 'blocks of therapy' are required to pay 50% retainer of the fees prior to attending. The balance is required at the end of the treatment schedule.

Day patients are required to pay on the day of attendance; 24-hours notice is required to change or cancel appointments other wise you will be charged the full fee for the hours you were scheduled. We can only take on a limited number of patients at any given time!
